Construction Overview

  • Frame: Reinforced aluminum alloy structure (EN AW-6061-T6) with cross-braced corner posts and welded ISO 1161 castings.
  • Panel System: 60 mm insulated sandwich panels with polyurethane (PU) or polyisocyanurate (PIR) core; outer and inner skins in marine-grade aluminum or powder-coated galvanized steel.
  • Floor System:
    • Structural aluminum sub-frame rated > 2,000 kg/m².
    • Anti-static, non-slip vinyl top finish with vibration-isolated mounting rails for racks and operator consoles.
  • Roof Assembly:
    • Double-drainage design, walk-on capability (up to 300 kg/m²).
    • Pre-installed interface for HVAC condenser units, solar panels, or lifting rings.
  • Doors & Hatches:
    • Double-leaf rear door with three-point locking.
